About Us

TEC Consulting, LLC was founded in 2014. TEC provides professional program, construction management, construction inspection and engineering services to Owner agencies for the delivery of capital improvement projects.  TEC specializes in program and construction management of pump stations, water treatment plants and roadway infrastructure projects. TEC also has experience with design of water, wastewater, pipeline, roadway and bridge infrastructure. The firm utilizes its experience in design and construction to manage cost, schedule, risk and quality for clients to ensure projects are constructed per contract documents and owners are prepared to operate and maintain new infrastructure.
